Returns/Exchanges

Due to COVID-19, all items are FINAL SALE!

If you receive an incorrect order please email info@piecesbychrissy.com within 2 days. Once confirmed, we will send a paid return label by email. Items must be shipped within 3 days after label has been initiated. Please ensure all items being returned are unworn in its original packaging. If an item has been tried on or damaged of any kind, we may refuse your return.
